The Illinois agility test is a fitness test designed to test agility. The aim is to test a participants ability to turn in different directions and different angles.
The aim of the test is to complete a weaving running course in the shortest possible time. The world renowned test doesn’t involve a football and the participant usually has to start facing down on their belly.
We will be doing the test with a football. All participants must designate their way around the cones and to the finish line without knocking any cones over.
Time penalties will be given if a Cone is knocked over or if the participant goes the wrong way.
