Each player will complete 6 passes. (3 with their left and 3 with their right). Players will start by cone one. Players can start with either foot. They must then play alternate feet and go round the second cone and then return back the other way. Players are only allowed to touch each ball once so the pass must be made first time.
This exercise shows which players are comfortable using both feet and playing a short 5 yard pass.
This challenge is timed so you scored on number of successful passes plus completion time.
